Relaxing evening ride on a solar powered boat with drinks!

点评：We chose the wine cruise, departing from Pointe Hildegarde at Plan d’eau. A thoroughly enjoyable hour and a half; unexpectedly relaxed, with a very amendable skipper called Robbie. We cruised gently in the smaller Solis boat, for about an hour, with great company in our fellow passengers from the USA, France and Germany, sipping on two glasses of local wine (white and sparkling), with informal conversation arising from what we could observe, rather than a running commentary. On returning to the quayside we boarded the larger craft, Mettensis, where we sat on the top deck, with another drink of our choice from the well stocked bar, and an unexpected tasting board of local, meats, cheeses and nuts! Our host Robbie was warm and helpful and smiling throughout, a totally relaxing and inspiring experience. We felt is was well worth the cost.
