点评：I have called a taxi on New Year’s Eve 31/12/2024 11:12 PM from Ness Walk hotel to the farm in Dingwall. Along the journey I have realized that the driver is going the wrong way, since I’ve pointed out that Kressrock bridge and A9 was closed. The driver was insisting that it’s open (however the Google maps said different. Please see the proof of the picture attached). The driver had NO satellite navigation, which got me very very suspicious and panicking at that moment. So I have asked him drop me back to the hotel, where I knew I’d be safe.
When he drove me back to the hotel and I HAVE PAYED the bill. I told him that he was getting me in the wrong direction which caused made him aggressive reaction and he got out of the car and started following me, that moment I got really scared, so I run towards reception and try to seek shelter with a receptionist.
The driver started to confront me that I have a mental health disorder in a rude manner. I have been asking several times what is him name was which he obviously refused to provide and afterwards just left.
From the booking reference number I know that Driver ID: 40. In my lifetime I have never had such a poor experience with a taxi. The driver was rude and not quite a suitable person to provide a service. I am very disappointed that people like that being hired as a taxi drivers, leaving customers stressed, frustrated and traumatized after a ride.
