点评：We recently completed an 8-day trip across Pahalgam, Srinagar, and Gulmarg as a group of 30 friends, and I can confidently say that our experience was made exceptional thanks to the outstanding Endless Tours and Travels that supported us throughout the journey.
From the very beginning, their travel arrangements right from Srinagar airport were seamless and highly reliable. Managing logistics for a large group like ours is no small task, but everything was handled with impressive efficiency. The drivers were professional, courteous, and familiar with the terrain, which made our travel between destinations smooth and stress-free.
What truly set this company apart, however, was the personal care and attention they provided. They also served as knowledgeable guides, offering helpful insights about each destination and ensuring we made the most of our time in Kashmir.
A moment that really highlighted their dedication was when one of our colleagues fell seriously ill during our trip to Gulmarg. All of us had gone up ~ 14000 feet to Apharwat by Gondolas and then he suddenly fell ill. Imran from the team acted immediately providing emergency medical care at a local hospital and subsequently arranging ambulence and personally accompanying him to the hospital in Srinagar. Their quick response and genuine concern made a difficult situation much easier to handle, and we are incredibly grateful for their support.
Overall, their professionalism, reliability, and human touch turned our trip into a memorable and worry-free experience. I would highly recommend their services to anyone planning a group or solo trip—they truly go above and beyond.
