点评:Upon arriving we had crappy meal that even the waiter(very nice) saw was dried up fish(tacos) and came back to find our room wet with moisture and walls dripping and floor wet! I borrowed rags from kitchen since noone was in office and thought we had solved prob but it all came back! This was around 10pm and we hadnt slept night before and just wanted to relax but instead had to find a young man (night manager?) to help who said there is a “dry mode” on air conditioner.
(For 30 yrs we have been traveling to PR and NEVER have exp this). Got to sleep around 12 and then some kind of alarm started going off! Twice!!! When we told daytime manager about our exp he just shrugged- we would have been appreciative of even an “I’m so sorry!” But NADA…..no apology, no explanation of any of it….very very bad and rude. And they had already charge our credit card(day b4) so I couldnt block. Again in 30 yrs, at diff hotels-NEVER had a complaint- this was an awful experience- would never stay there again nor wish it on anyone.
