点评:My husband and I joined the three-day cooking course with Tuscookany at the Tartufo Estate. Chef Franco and his worthy assistant Paola were wonderful! Chef Franco is very articulate so his explanations were easy to understand. We learned cooking techniques from early preparation to finished offerings for everything from pasta, to meats, to vegetables, to desert. Our assignments each day paired us with different students every session so we were able to get to know all the other guests.
On our last day we were treated to an excursion away from the resort which was lovely! We visited a winery, a cheese making factory and a linen factory (and a little truffle hunting too!). Each stop was special in it's own way. I wouldn't have changed a thing. Our last night found us making our own pizza's with the dough we had created the day before. Who doesn't love pizza...? Thank you Tuscookany for an enlightening and entertaining three days. Chef Franco - your rock!
