点评：Five of us friends hiked all day and arrived at the Graseckbahn hoping to ride down. We purchased the tickets and entered the waiting area. There were 6 passengers in the car, waiting for the system to start. The doors were closed. Then they opened and closed again. This repeated about three times. Meanwhile, two employees from the area arrived also planning to ride down. They tried to help, but had no success.
We gave up and walked our tired group down the road.
I emailed and received no reply. I emailed the hotel and they said yes, they could answer questions about the cable car. I sent pictures of our tickets and asked for a refund.
After about two months I received a reply telling me the lift was only delayed by four minutes. And there was an offer for one complementary pass.
Of course I was not satisfied. So beware if you take this service.
