Great day trip La Spezia-Pisa-Lucca with private driver Ariel

点评：Great booking experience both with Mr. Fabio and Mr. Ariel, both writing in good English and Spanish. Mr. Ariel picked us up perfectly punctual, had communicated with us 24 hours ahead of time the phone number of our driver, which made the pick up very easy at the exit of the cruise terminal. The van is comfortable and clean, and Mr. Ariel had water ready for us.
We had arranged ahead of time an excursion to Pisa to see the Piazza dei Miraccoli. He was the driver that parked closest to the tower, making it super comfortable for that first stop for the grandparents and the kids who have the less stamina to walk around. We did a beautiful visit and went to one of the cafés once you walk a bit towards the city; where you actually find Italians, fantastic gelato, good coffee, amazing Paninis, and a decent price! We then drove to the town of Lucca, about 40 minute drive. He stopped by the wall, in front of one of the information points and again very close to the area in the inner cittadella that we wanted to discover. Mr. Ariel was great in giving directions, very good at adapting to the various personalities within the family; those that wanted to speak versus those that wanted to rest and be left alone. He’s a great driver and very good with people! Thank you, Ariel. We would definitely repeat with you!!!
