点评:My husband and I love asian and eastern cooking, so we sought out a cooking school near Ubud to attend after we'd been on a yoga retreat. I have been to other cooking schools around the world - but our time at Tresna was absolutely outstanding for its quality and unforgettable. We actually had a private class - with Adi and Frances welcoming us warmly. Every aspect was brilliantly thought-out - from the menu (we made 8 vegan dishes) and their lovely staff seamlessly assisted by cleaning up and preparing / weighing spices, so that we could concentrate on the delights of making the food. It was very hands-on and we learned lots of techniques and about traditional Balinese cuisine. A real highlight was a tour of the lush garden where everything from coconuts, spices, fruits and vegetables are grown. The Tresna kitchen is beautiful and new, spacious and also a very welcome cool temperature. Once we had made the dishes, we sat to eat with Frances and Adi. It was fantastic to learn about their journey in creating Tresna - and, as though they are not busy enough, how they are Priest and Priestess of the local temple. We had such a brilliant day and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a really special and high-quality experience.
