点评:My experience was, unfortunately, similar to what others have described. I visited on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 25, 2025, with my son, and the staff member at the information center made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
In my view, anyone working at a visitor center should have an attitude of being informative. However, the woman we spoke to responded to our questions with short, dismissive answers and quickly returned to her work without offering any additional assistance. When I asked about local bus service, she said, “What bus?” in an annoyed tone. When I asked about bike rentals, she named one place (Anex), and when I asked if there were others, she curtly replied, “That’s it,” and sat back down. Finally, when I asked for a brochure or map, she didn’t even get up—just pointed and said, “It’s over there.”
My son later said, she acted like we were her obstacles: That really sums it up.
Travelers rely on local information centers to feel welcomed and informed. Sadly, this experience gave us a poor impression of the town. I’ve visited many tourist centers around the world, and this is the first one that left such a negative impression. I truly hope steps are taken to ensure more positive and helpful interactions for future visitors.
