Rollins Distillery的点评
点评：We took our son to Rollins Distillery while he was visiting from New Jersey, and Patrick absolutely blew us away with the tasting!
We already loved their Esprit de Krewe bottles from a tasting at Total Wine in Destin, but going to the distillery takes it to the next level. Unlike standard grain alcohol, they make everything from 100% Florida molasses. You can really taste the difference—super smooth and packed with flavor.
Patrick is a total pro and so passionate about what he does. He mixed the science of distilling with cool local history and stories about Jean Lafitte, serving up perfect neat pours and awesome mixers.
We couldn't leave empty-handed, so we grabbed a bottle of The Krewe of Jean Lafitte Gunpowder Rum, some collectible cocktail cards, and tasting glasses you can only get there. Total 10/10 experience that exceeded all our expectations!
