点评：Pablo is an experienced and enthusiastic wildlife guide! Our family of four spent a day exploring Manuel Antonio with him. Of course he saw the sloths, but he also saw the things that the other groups weren't looking at: the tiny lizard, the iridescent crickets, the camouflaged giant grasshopper, and the bats hidden under the leaves. All of these were "hidden at eye level" -- where only someone with years of experience would find them. He understands the behavior of animals and their interactions, and he loves passing this knowledge on to his guests.
After a day in the park, we arranged to spent a second day with Pablo. We were interested in finding the Costa Rican anteater, something which he'd seen before a number of times. "They're very elusive, and I won't promise you anything. But if you have the time to go out for a few hours, I'll arrange the boat, bring another guide to help us, and we'll do as much as we can to maximize the odds." That's as much as anyone can ask for. We spent two hours outside looking for silky anteater and tamandua in __ island. Nothing at all. Until finally, nearly at the end, we pulled next to a tall tree and looked up. ANTEATER! It was asleep in a tree, and Pablo's intuition and patience paid off.
As a family we've spent months on Safari with guides across Africa and Asia. Pablo is right up there with the best wildlife guides we've had anywhere. Highly recommended for your next trip!
