点评：Da evitare a tutti i costi! Perché?! Questa compagnia, che dovrebbe far parte del sistema di trasporto pubblico cittadino, ha pratiche discutibili... 2 euro per i residenti (normale), 10 euro per tutti gli altri... e sorprendentemente, accettano solo contanti? Perché? Il cassiere (un uomo anziano) è stato minaccioso quando abbiamo chiesto perché le carte di credito non fossero accettate come ovunque... La barca è vecchia, molto rumorosa e scomoda... il personale sembra più un gruppo di amici. Impossibile distinguere chi è chi.
La barca si è fermata per 30 minuti senza motivo e quando abbiamo chiesto alla biglietteria uno sconto per l'attesa, ci hanno insultato! Viene da chiedersi chi gestisca questa compagnia e se le autorità fiscali siano a conoscenza delle loro pratiche finanziarie.
Avoid at all costs! Why?! This company, supposedly part of the city's public transport system, has questionable practices... €2 for locals (normal), €10 for everyone else... and surprisingly, only cash accepted? Why? The cashier (an elderly man) was threatening when we asked why credit cards weren't accepted like everywhere else... The boat is ancient, very noisy and uncomfortable... the staff seem more like a group of friends. Impossible to tell who's who.
The boat stopped for 30 minutes for no reason, and when we asked at the ticket office for a discount due to the wait, they insulted us! It makes you wonder who runs this company and if the tax authorities are aware of their financial practices.
