点评：I went to Syria in February/March 2026 and it was an amazing experience. Syria is a beautiful country with a vast array of cultures and ecosystems to explore. For an history buff, like me, visiting the remnants of ancient civilizations in Syria was absolutely incredible.
Our in-country guide, Tambi, was fantastic. He was welcoming and kind. His love for his country is evident and he is knowledgeable of of Syria’s long history. Our trip leader, Zoe, is amazing. She was great at communicating pre-trip and excellent at navigating the in/country issues our group had. The issues weren’t Koryo’s fault. We were in Syria when the war between the US/Israel and Iran started, which made navigating our departure from the Middle East a bit tricky. I never once felt unsafe and was more than impressed with Koryo and Zoe taking control when the war began. They ensured we were able to leave Syria and the Middle East safely. I will absolutely do another tour with Koryo again!
