点评：We were complete beginners, and my family and I put our trust in this organization for our very first experience with horses. From the beginning, everything was handled professionally. The booking process and all communication took place via WhatsApp and were smooth, clear, and efficient.
When we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from the “Daddy of the Ranch” and his daughter, Carolina. They took the time to explain everything with great patience, making us feel comfortable and confident before we got on the horses.
We then enjoyed a one-hour trail ride, accompanied by Carolina, Lian, and Leonie. Their professional guidance, kindness, and the many pleasant conversations throughout the ride made the experience even more enjoyable. At no point did we feel unsafe—they were attentive and supportive the entire time.
It was also clear that the horses and all the other animals on the ranch are exceptionally well cared for. You can truly see that this team does their work with genuine love and passion, and it shows in every detail.
We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this ranch to anyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or already have experience with horses. Thank you for making our first horseback riding experience so memorable!
