Golf Ibiza的点评
点评：My husband and family golfed here while on a trip in August. What a horrible experience, overpriced, little options for booking and a director Javier Duran that doesn’t care one bit about the customer experience!
My husband booked over the phone for 3 people with carts and was told closer to the date that there were no carts available. Yet the VIP option came with carts so he was forced to book this for 4 people to be able to get carts, to seek some cover from the blazing sun. As expected this was a huge extra cost as well.
They had the first T time of the day and when they arrived early to warm up, everything was closed and no staff around to help.
There was no cart person with refreshments at any point during the game. There were also no snacks or refreshments available prior to starting the game.
The clubs were very old and not something to be expected from a so called “high end golf course”!
After reaching out to the golf course and getting in touch with Javier, hopeful that he would help resolve this issue…he never bothered replying after his initial reply.
A hugely disappointing experience for our group and I can say that we will never waste money booking here again and neither should anyone reading this…spend your money elsewhere!!!

这对我们团队来说是一次非常令人失望的经历。我可以说，我们再也不会在这里预订了，任何看到这篇文章的人也不应该……把钱花在其他地方吧！！！
