点评：My friends n I are from Malaysia and we were in Ichinoseki in May 2026 and had gone to the tourist information centre to obtain information to go to Geibekei Gorge. The staff could speak English, were very professional n helpful. I would like to give thanks to Ms Koganemori Yalan who went the extra mile to show us the bus stop we were supposed to wait n gave us more information about the places etc. She spoke in Mandarin which was an advantage for my group of friends who were more familiar with the language. I had gone to the centre twice because I had lost my brochure which had all the information that I wanted an still the staff n Ms Yalan explained patiently the info I requested. Ms Yalan had made our stay in Ichinoseki a pleasant n memorable one. Thumbs up to Ms Yalan n the staff of Ichinoseki Tourist Information Center.
