Amazing customer service from Martina and Mont Trekking crew.

点评：Amazing service from Martina and Mont Trekking crew. Martina was always responsive from my first initial inquiry until we returned from the multi-day hike. She setup our lodging in some great huts. Our trip was at the beginning of the season, so at two of the huts, we had the whole floors to ourselves. During our trip she was very flexible with giving us alternative routes. There was still snow on our first descent on the first day, so she gave us an option to start at a different trailhead to avoid the snow. Also, one lady in our group was having some issues on the first day, and Martina was responsive with giving her different options for shorter hiking days, or ways to get back to Cortina. Unfortunately, by the last day four out of the seven women were having either fitness issues or boot issues. We were able to split up with two not hiking at all but taking multiple buses back to Cortina. The other two hiked with the rest of the group for half the day and then were able to meet up with the first two at one of the bus stops and they all returned to Cortina together. Three of us proudly finished the day and were able to meet our transportation back to Cortina on time. I would definitely book through Mont Trekking again.
