Shrigley Hall Spa的点评
点评：We visited the spa and it was sadly disappointing. We left early . The areas inside the spa facility were cold.
The Sauna wasn’t working and a pool next to the swimming pool was empty of water .
There was no paper cones to drink water from, which is near a display area of products . Hose Pipes were running along the floor. Paint flaked in some areas of the spa.
The shower near to the indoor pool had its button stuck in .
In the Changing area one toilet was blocked and the dispensers in the Male showers were hanging down .
The Preparation for our evening session appeared slight.
I contacted the spa the moment we arrived back home . Since then we have contacted them a further 3 times and the reception themselves have escalated the matter for a response . They will not reply .
We never asked for a refund but did suggest tickets for another time as every place can have an off day . Looking at the reviews it isn’t .
We were planning a Spa weekend , we won’t be doing that now.

我们一回到家就联系了水疗中心。之后我们又联系了他们三次，前台也已经把这件事上报，但他们仍然没有回复。
我们没有要求退款，只是建议换个时间，毕竟任何地方都有可能状态不好。但看了评论，看来他们并没有。
我们原本计划去水疗中心度个周末，现在取消了。
肯定是哪里出了问题……祝他们一切顺利，早日解决问题。
