点评：I had a truly wonderful experience at the Laura Mercier counter in Macy’s on Michigan Avenue, Chicago, thanks to Ruby Reynolds, the Counter Manager. I went in looking for a new foundation and was lucky enough to meet Ruby, who took the time to walk me through the full range of products and options available.
Ruby carried out a trial make-up for me, and the results were fantastic — natural, beautiful, and perfectly suited to my skin. Her advice on tone, texture, and product selection was thoughtful and expert, and at no point did I feel rushed, pressured, or subjected to sales tactics. Everything she suggested felt genuine and tailored specifically to me.
Beyond her obvious knowledge and skill, Ruby was simply lovely — warm, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with. I left feeling confident, well looked after, and excited to use my new Laura Mercier make-up.
