Dropping the ball....to much money to not have mediocre service.

点评：Hello I stayed yesterday and checked out today. 1.) I am contacting because I was charged a different price when checking in when my receipt says a different price and it also says includes fees and taxes. Says 862.58 but was charged 899.42
2.) Asked for valet to be charged to credit card not room they noted this but still charged to room and when I asked them to refund and charge credit card that couldn't do it.
3.) The room had k cup in coffee machine that was old.
4.) My son couldn't come and I couldn't get a refund on his ticket.
5.) We sat in the cold while valet took 30 minutes to get our car.
6.) The water park said open until midnight online but closed down during game and we didn't get there until 430 so the kids only played @park for a short amount of time. Feel ripped off.
7. Park didn't open until 10 but check out was 11 it was to cold to run in and out and we had to be home at 230 so we had to leave at 11. So kids got 1 hour.
