Safety and Cleanliness Issues Ruined our Experience

点评：The waterpark experience was extremely disappointing and far below expectations, especially for the price. We raised concerns with waterpark and resort staff three separate times and saw no action taken—only empty apologies—which made it feel like the issues were simply ignored.
The park was severely overcrowded, with no seating available and very long wait times. Hot tub lines regularly had 40+ people and took over an hour, only to get into hot tubs that were not hot at all. The water throughout the park was freezing, including the wave pool and the slide waters, which made it uncomfortable to enjoy the attractions. I honestly felt bad for the staff working the slide platforms all day in the cold water.
Cleanliness and maintenance were also major issues. The lines for the water slides smelled strongly of urine, as if people were urinating while standing in line, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. The wave pool was especially concerning—chunks of concrete were breaking off the bottom of the pool, and I cut my foot on one of these pieces about the size of a penny. There was also concrete grit throughout the water, which felt unsafe.
