Dissapointing unprofessional experience

点评：Our group visited two wineries today, and unfortunately the experiences couldn't have been more different.
The first winery provided a professional seated wine tasting with knowledgeable staff and excellent service. We enjoyed the experience so much that our group purchased a substantial amount of wine to take home.
Our second stop at Pirathon was very disappointing. Rather than offering a professional wine tasting experience, it felt more like an unprofessionally run pub. The service lacked organisation, and the overall atmosphere did not reflect what we expect from a cellar door.
I politely mentioned my disappointment to a staff representative, hoping the feedback would be taken constructively. Instead, I was met with an aggressive response. Rather than acknowledging the feedback, I was told that she had just returned from a two-week holiday and that it wasn't her fault the winery wasn't coping. Regardless of the reason, this was not an appropriate way to respond to a customer.
As a result, no one in our group purchased any wine, and unfortunately we cannot recommend the experience to friends or family. It was a very disappointing visit and a missed opportunity to showcase what could have been a great winery.
