Drumlin Ridge Winery的点评
点评：We visited Drumlin Ridge Winery on Valentine’s Day, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing especially considering it was a special occasion.
We arrived approximately 15 minutes before closing. As clearly stated on their posted sign, tastings are available until 15 minutes before closing time, so we were still within their stated service hours. I simply asked for a glass of wine, but the employee told us they were already closed and did not want to serve us.
I politely mentioned that there were still 15 minutes before closing, but she insisted they were closed. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there were still guests inside with full bottles and glasses, actively enjoying their wine.
It wasn’t until a gentleman standing next to her told her they were not officially closed yet that she agreed to serve us — and even then, it was done with a very poor attitude.
I completely understand that staff may be ready to end their shift, but if a business is still open according to its posted hours, customers should be treated professionally and respectfully. Especially on Valentine’s Day, we expected a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
