点评：I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid for Botox services and did not receive the promised results. I contacted the business at five days and again at ten days after treatment to report my concerns. I was then seen at my 14-day follow-up appointment, where I was still not satisfied with the results.
At that visit, I was told I needed additional units and was required to purchase four more units (they provided five). Even after this, the problem remains unresolved.
Despite making multiple good-faith attempts to address the issue—including phone calls, follow-ups, and an in-person visit—the customer service was poor and dismissive. When I continued to express my concerns, I was told “you are so full of drama” and was asked “do you want my attorney’s phone number?” This response was unprofessional and inappropriate given the circumstances.
Botox is a medical aesthetic service that requires accountability and professionalism. Unfortunately, this business failed in both treatment results and customer care. I would not recommend their services to anyone expecting ethical practices, proper follow-up, or responsibility for outcomes.
