点评：We visited at airbox today and I am appalled at how horrible the older woman cafe worker was to the young girls in the cafe. This was around 4:30pm, the older woman was screaming, and swearing at the girls who had been working so hard trying to clean tables and serve customers, as our session was extremely busy. It’s obvious they were trying their best, and clearly that’s not good enough. I feel awful for these girls, they’re young girls and being spoken to so horribly. I hope this woman is very ashamed of herself. How would she feel if someone spoke to her child like that? I am honestly speechless at this woman. It’s definitely put my family off going, and the girls were clearly left upset after she had left the cafe. I hope these girls are okay, and I hope other staff or a manager makes sure they’re appreciated and this woman is spoken to, as she is absolutely appalling, out of order and clearly does not respect her staff and his no people skills.
Once she was finished publicly humiliating and embarrassing her staff, she then began screaming at children who were playing in the soft play to ‘get out’. For a children’s play area this woman clearly has no patience with children. I will not be giving any more of my money to this place and advise other people to follow my lead.
