点评：Staff were lovely however there was no air conditioning in the building which made our experience difficult to enjoy as the air was so stale and warm it was almost suffocating at times and very uncomfortable , we became overheated very fast due to the high energy needed and had to take a lot of water breaks and rest. Though there was a small plugged in air conditioning unit in front of the inflatables , this was not sufficient at all and its irresponsible to not have any air conditioning in the building in this hot weather .
The toilets were awful, with a strong smell of sewage which could also be smelled in reception, not sure if this was due to the hot weather but it wasn’t very nice , half the toilets didn’t not have paper in them/ dirty unflushed toilets .
Would not visit again, mostly due to the lack of air conditioning and cleanliness of the place - even the tables where littered with disused socks, empty bottles and food waste and wrappers scattered across and on the floors, throughout the hour we were there no one appeared to clean up.
Disappointing, however child did have fun on as they don’t pick up on these things but as parents it was unacceptable after spending over £50 for the experience .
