Great trampolining, friendly staff but fell short in other ways.

点评：I took my grandchildren to I bounce Exeter. We booked online. It was not difficult to find and there was parking on site. The reception staff member was polite , friendly and very helpful.
However, the children were hot and thirsty and the website says there is a cafe so we planned to buy drinks and snacks while we waited for our start time. It is true there is a cafe but it was closed.
It was a very hot day - around 24 degrees or more and there was just one fan to be seen any where - it was blowing hot air around in the cafe i(which was closed so there was no one in it to benefit from the slight relief it gave).
We eventually found the vending machines for drinks etc when searching for the toilet facilities ( which were spotless). However, we couldn’t get a drink or food because the machine only takes exact change and refused to accept ours.
I asked for the WiFi password to do some emails while the children played ( it is a customer broadband ) to be told it wasn’t working.
In spite of all that the actual trampoline facility is great and the children loved it.
The three stars reflects the lack of cafe, vending machine that didn’t work and the one fan moving hot air round the empty cafe.
Maybe consider making it clear what times/days the the cafe is open and provide up to date vending machines with a card payment facility or even sell bottled water from reception? Only a guess but I suspect summer business is going to be lost without air con.
