点评：This was our first visit as we wanted to try it out, especially since it was raining. Before going in, we read the rules online, which clearly state no running around and only one person per trampoline. I was looking after my 2-year-old, who was happily jumping, when two other children came onto the same trampoline and knocked him over.
It also states that parents must supervise their children, yet there were several children the same age as my son with no parent in sight.
In the football area, there was one child in there with two footballs. My son picked one up, and the other child was being extremely rough with the other ball, with no regard for the fact that a 2-year-old was in there.
I paid good money for what was supposed to be a fun day out, but we won’t be returning. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, and when I asked about too many people being on one trampoline, they just looked at me like I was stupid.
When we first arrived, I was ready to give this place 5 stars, but after our experience, I’m giving it 1.
