点评：I booked a traditional limpia with this practitioner during my 2 day visit to Oaxaca in August of 2026 and was asked to pay a 300-peso deposit in advance, which I did.
Unfortunately, the day of my appointment happened to be a taxi-free day in Oaxaca. I was not aware of this beforehand, and I immediately communicated the situation to her. After spending considerable time trying to find transportation, I eventually paid for a motorcycle ride and made my way to her home, which is located up in a hilly through a shady area.
When I arrived (20 minutes late) I was told that I was too late and the appointment could no longer take place. I explained that I was a visitor and had been delayed by circumstances I could not have anticipated. I asked her for help getting back, and she made no effort to help me navigate the situation or find a safe way back. Instead, she told me it was my problem and closed the door in my face. I trusted her enough to make an appointment and pay her $300 pesos in advance. I ended up stranded in an unfamiliar area for 45 minutes and eventually had to walk back over an hour toward the city to catch another motorcycle back to my hotel
I understand that appointments have policies and time requirements, but as a visitor, I would have appreciated much better communication, consideration and at least reasonable customer service.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to other travelers visiting Oaxaca.

我明白预约服务有其规定和时间要求，但作为游客，我本期望能得到更好的沟通、体贴的对待，以及起码还算合理的客户服务。
基于我的经历……我不建议其他前往瓦哈卡的旅行者使用这项服务。
