Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounters的点评
点评：Promised a lot more than it delivered. Started with a racist receptionist who I witnessed be rude to an Asian customer just for asking questions, he apologised to us for her few questions in front of her and dismissed her then spent 10 minutes chatting to us even recommending places to go in the local area whilst we waited for our slot whilst a huge queue built up behind. Happy to answer ours and go above and beyond but not hers apparently. Whilst we enjoyed the experience I did expect more. There are really just two areas, and we only paid for the basic experience but regardless the rays and sharks are just not hungry so no interest in the food offered and that could apply to anyone on the upgraded experience too. The acoustics weren’t great in the shark area to hear the presentation, there’s no signage or what to expect re timings once you’re in. The other 5 small tanks (about hot tub size) near the rays are underwhelming and in some cases too dirty to even see if anything’s in there. It felt run down. The 2 bigger tanks I felt were too small for the animals and too crowded with people trying to feed them. Unfortunately would not recommend the place.
