The location in the confirmation email was unclear (“Spanish coast”), and multiple addresses were listed. Upon arrival, the company name at the location was different from the one mentioned in the email, which made the situation even more confusing. There were no clear instructions and absolutely no guidance provided.
While trying to find the correct location, I called and messaged the number listed in the email several times. I briefly got someone on the phone, but after that there was no further response. In the end, I turned out to be at the correct parking area, but this had never been clearly communicated.
When I finally spoke to someone in person, I was treated in a very unfriendly manner, with a noticeable attitude. No responsibility was taken for the unclear communication. I was simply told that I was late and would have to pay again, even though there is a new tour every hour.
No understanding, no willingness to help, and very poor accessibility. This is absolutely not a professional way to treat customers.
