Try and Taste is a Must!
Try And Taste的点评
点评：When you have waited 2 1/2 decades for that perfect Italy trip, the expectations are ridiculously high. Thankfully Barbara and Monica are beyond ridiculously amazing at what they do!
My wife has celiac and the one thing she wanted to do more than anything else on our special trip to Italy was learn how to make good gluten-free pasta. While I could find many cooking classes in Italy, it was surprisingly hard to find good gluten-free ones.
Thankfully, I came across Try and Taste Italy on TripAdvisor after doing some searching and was blown away by their pictures and testimonials. Upon reaching out to Barbara and Monica, I found them to be the most responsive, helpful, and simply pleasant instructors to connect with. They were so gracious in explaining everything with the class, the location, the cost, and even went so far as to help arrange transportation from where we were staying in Bologna!
What was even more impressive is that once we connected in person they both were even more spectacular! Their passion and love for their local cuisine and culture was palpable, and you could honestly taste it in all of the food. Their selection of the Agro-tourism area that we met at was absolutely stunning. They even gave us a little tour through the cellar on the grounds, which was so cool!
I could go on and on about how amazing the whole experience was. Even our son who joined us agreed that it was one of the highlights of our entire two week journey across Italy. The food was beyond delectable, the wine was absolute perfection, and the camaraderie that we gained is something we will cherish for the rest of our lives; we are already planning our next trip to go back and learn more!
