Frisco Public Library的点评
点评：Our Frisco Public Library has wonderful programs for all ages. It is a library our community is proud of and is utilized by all ages. So many interesting activities and programs offered. It is one of the busiest libraries in Texas. We love our library.
As others have noted, the main problem is the building itself and lack of adequate parking. There's no getting away from the fact the building was once a manufacturing facility and is basically a large rectangle.
There is no overhead covering at the front of the building to offer protection from the rain. In an effort to make it appear more welcoming too much space was used as a flagstone walkway entry leading up to the main door. An effort was made to preserve some of the existing trees and provide limited outdoor seating. More parking spaces could have been constructed with a different entry design.
The hike from the sprawling parking lot is a challenge for some library patrons. The grassy areas between parking rows have uneven footing and are dangerous to maneuver as well as being wasted space.
Many patrons utilize the drive up windows located at the back of the library building for pick up when reserved books are ready and for returning due books. Thankfully, the traffic in that area is light.
I gave the library a 4 star rating rather than a 5 due to the exterior problems.
