点评:I normally do not write reviews, however, I needed to express how disappointed I was with the customer service personnel at Dunkin. We ordered our food, my granddaughter wanted the loaded hash browns, but they came with jalapeno queso and she does not like spicy food. I talked with the cashier and she said in her opinion it wasn't that spicy and I said what about just putting bacon on it. My granddaughter said that she would try it with the queso. the cashier then said she would recommend it, so we thought we ordered the loaded hash browns. My husband ordered bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and I ordered the sourdough sandwich. we ordered at 9:40 am waiting patiently for our order, told husband to go and gas up the car while we wait. Now it's 10:00 am, no order, finally get the cashier who took our order and asked if she could please look into it, thanked her, she said it was coming up. My husband is back now from gassing up the car wondering what was going on, told him we should be next. By 10:10 am we get the order and I said oh I think the hash browns were supposed to be loaded and she said no, we talked about it and I told you it was best to just get hash browns and I said no, but I guess I misunderstood what you said. Then she shouts out in front of all of the customers, "I ACCEPT YOUR APOLOGY". I said well I accept your apology and she says out loud in front of everyone, I WASN'T APOLOGIZING SO I SAID NEITHER WAS I. As we are leaving she continues to yell at us as we are walking out the door. She was very rude and unprofessional. When we get to the car, the bacon, egg and cheese was on a croissant. Looked at the receipt and she had it as an english muffin, so his order was completely wrong. Because I had my grandchild with me, I wanted to show her that walking away in situations such as this was best. If my granddaughter wasn't with me, I would have been back in there and would have gotten my money back. I am not saying that customers are always right, however in this situation, I was, our order was wrong. I admitted that I misunderstood about the hash browns. I shouldn't have had someone yell at me across the counter that "I ACCEPT YOUR APOLOGY" and continue to badger us as we are walking out the door. Dunkin was always why I stopped there, but I will no longer visit that Dunkin again. Waiting 30 minutes for an order of food is not acceptable.
