Couples spa day with massages and afternoon tea

点评：Came for a day visit and upon check in, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Then moved to my full body massage which was exceptional by Donna, clearly knew what she was doing, friendly, reassuring and my body the following days felt so much better for it.
The spa itself has a nice outdoor seating area and jacuzzi but would have been nice to enjoy a selection of drinks rather than just water.
Inside there were lots of areas to choose from which was nice as didn’t feel overcrowded.
We booked an afternoon tea with our package but it was very disappointing. We asked earlier on about making some plain sandwiches for one of the guests which they said would be fine, then when arriving at the restaurant they said it wasn’t an option. So that guest had no savoury options other than a small sausage roll. No hot drinks were offered throughout, when leaving we asked about hot drinks and the lady said it was self serve? We thought, ok we will just get a drink to go. But the machine was not working as needed water filter replacement or something along those lines.
Put a disappointing end to what have been a well needed relaxing day off of work.

原本期待已久的轻松假期却以令人失望的方式结束。
