点评：Attended Bannatyne Spa for a relaxing pamper day. Avoid if looking for a relaxing day. Given dirty Spa robes that didn't fit for a cost of £10 each. Headed to the pool, no space to sit and relax by pool, sun loungers pushed against the wall.
Pool out of use from 12-12:45 due to Water aerobics class, loud thumping disco music and swim equipment all over sun loungers, followed by children's swim lessons between 2pm-7pm. Most terrible Spa experience I have ever had. When asked to speak with the manager, the fitness instructor was sent to speak with me and took down my complaint to pass on to the manager. A follow-up email proved just as disappointing. Head office offered a guest pass to the centre as a goodwill gesture.
Will not be returning. I paid for a Spa day and was at the centre for a maximum of one and a half hours. The Spa days are mis-sold and the customer service is a disgrace.
