点评:When we picked up our tickets on Sunday they asked for a phone number which we gave them. We remembered them writing it on the orange ticket. When we showed up for the show, Tuesday, we were told that “The show is canceled all week, we don’t know why.”
I asked why we were not contacted, and the ticket agent said that there was no phone number in the system. (BTW, it was the same agent who took my phone number, Sunday)
We had purchased from a third party seller, in Branson and the theater agent did not know what to do, so he called a manager. The manager came over and basically wrote a note on a piece of torn paper for us to take to third party seller. Never said, “I’m sorry or thank you.” He said the orange tickets were locked in a room and he did not have access to them.
One star rating is not b/c show was canceled, though I do feel we were owed some explanation. My main issue is how poorly it was handled! We were not contacted, so we missed an evening of shows. Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience.” Poor system, poor management. Would not recommend this theater.
After returning to the third party seller the next day, they handled professionally, apologized for inconvenience, explained that the piano player got sick and gave a full refund.

第二天我把货退回给第三方卖家,他们处理得很专业,为造成的不便道歉,解释说钢琴演奏者生病了,并全额退款。
