点评：I had a very disappointing experience with a Gravel Travel Iceland driver today.
The driver parked across two parking spaces in a crowded parking area. I politely mentioned that the parking lot was busy and that taking up two spaces was causing difficulties for others. Instead of responding professionally or explaining the situation, she replied, "If you don't know, why are you saying something?" She then made a "zip your mouth" gesture, which clearly came across as telling me to shut up.
I found her behavior rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I understand there may have been a reason for the parking, but there is never a good reason to treat another person that way.
I hope Gravel Travel Iceland reminds its staff that respectful communication is just as important as good driving. No one deserves to be treated like this.
