Beacon Hill Children's Farm的点评
点评：We visited today with our 2.5-year-old daughter, hoping for a fun, family-friendly experience. Sadly, we were left feeling hurt and humiliated. An older female staff member scolded our little girl for standing on a stone meant for goats — something we respected — but later, we saw other children and adults (mostly from her own community or background) doing the same, and she said nothing to them.
It honestly felt like the place was more welcoming to kids from their race or community, and we were being singled out or treated differently. This was incredibly disappointing, especially when all we wanted was for our child to have a nice time.
If certain areas or animals (like the 9-day-old baby goat) are off-limits, they should make that clear upfront, not embarrass families in public. We expected a welcoming environment for all families, but sadly, that’s not what we found.
