British Music Experience的点评
点评：Really, really enjoyed our visit. Spent 3 and a bit hours there and would have been longer if we’d had time to read all the interactive elements but I was keen to have some time in the ‘studio’ area. And I’m so glad we did! But more on that later.
The exhibits are well curated and laid out in a logical way. The interactive elements make it easy to follow the timelines and branches. There was a Rock Against Racism display on when we visited which was fascinating. Eric Clapton - shame on you!
And then to the studios, the instruments were great, and I suspect we may be investing in an electronic drum kit now (!) but singing and dancing in the studios with my husband was probably the highlight (turns out we’re not really cut out to be punk vocalists, but it was a lot of fun funding that out!!)
Staff and volunteers were great. We bought some stuff in the very good gift shop. Ran out of time for the cafe but it looked nice. Will more than likely be back to use our tickets again before the year is up.
