点评：We did a Lower Kumaon trip with our family from late November to early December, covering Ramnagar, Nainital, Mukteshwar, and Almora, and booked our vehicle with Dayal Goswami (+91-9758127038).
Dayal is a wonderful person with deep knowledge of the Kumaon region. He provided a brand new Swift Dzire, which was extremely comfortable and reliable throughout our 6-day journey. He was punctual, professional, and always willing to share local insights that made the trip smoother and more enjoyable.
What truly sets him apart was an incident in Almora. We were staying at KMVN Almora, which is located a bit away from the main market. Late one evening, while returning from the market, we found no transport available. My mother has knee problems, and the situation became quite stressful. Despite having already retired for the night, Dayal ji went out of his way to come and pick us up and safely drop us back at the hotel. This gesture meant a lot to us and reflects his genuine care for his passengers.
Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend Dayal Goswami to anyone planning a trip to Kumaon. You can trust him for a safe, comfortable, and truly memorable travel experience.
