On arrival, the reserved enclosed boat was given to another couple who tipped the dock staff, despite the confirmed booking. No suitable alternative was provided. After standing on the dock with children for over an hour and a half, it was finally said that another boat might arrive much later, which significantly reduced the three-hour reservation that had been fully paid for.
No manager was made available on site and no meaningful solution was offered at the time. After reaching out to the owner to resolve the issue, the response was highly unprofessional, including repeated early-morning FaceTime calls, aggressive messages, and inappropriate images being sent. When calling the office later regarding a promised partial refund, an employee acknowledged that similar situations had occurred before.
This was an upsetting and stressful experience, particularly given that children were involved. The handling of both the reservation and the follow-up was unacceptable, and this business cannot be recommended.
