not a luxury tailor made trip at all. We traveled through South America and the experience was completely ordinary.

点评：Five Senses is a travel agency that, unfortunately, has proven to be inaccurate in its trip planning and quite careless in execution. For example, they sent us to Colonia, where it turned out there was practically nothing to see, and we ended up waiting there for five hours until the ferry arrived. At several points during the trip, arrangements were not properly handled, despite the agency presenting itself as a “tailor-made luxury” provider.
We continued traveling with them to Brazil, to Rio, and even there they failed to inform us that there were different categories of tickets for the Copacabana Carnival party. In short, the overall handling was very careless, the service was inadequate, and for every issue there always seemed to be an excuse explaining why things did not work out.
Although some of the guides were very pleasant, others were quite ordinary and did not reflect the high end standard that Five Senses claims to offer. Considering the high prices they charge, there is simply no justification for the level of service provided it felt comparable to much lower tier travel agencies, certainly not to a premium tailor made experience.
