False advertising when confirmed trip was cancelled one day before departure.

点评：The website took our booking and money for cruise.
The email response confirmed our booking, and stated departure times will be confirmed the day due to tides.
I then emailed asking about departure times but received no reply.
The day before cruise we were emailed informing us that the cruise will not go ahead as not enough people had booked.
The website or emails did not state any thing about the cruise possibly not going ahead.
We had organised our trip around this booking so is very frustrating to be told of cancellation the day before the cruise. There were no other tours or activities available in Cardwell, so we moved on earlier than planned. Subsequently we lost money on hotel accommodation that wouldn’t be refunded.
