点评：I travelled to Argentina for 6 weeks, to host 2 separate groups of people. Each group flew into Buenos Aries, and then out to an adventure, and back to BA before leaving Argentina to return home. For both groups, Carlos organised all of the logistics, contacting everyone before their travel, collecting people from both airports, making sure they all got to their hotels, answering questions and generally making sure that everyone was where they should be.
With both groups, he took us out on a 2 day tour of all of the major sites around the city. Carlos has a great perspective, being Argentinian, with excellent English skills and having studied economics, he understands as a local citizen, can communicate with no language barrier and can explain how the country has changed through politics, governments, economic challenges and the arts. All 14 guests loved the tour, and had all of their questions answered. Carlos also has a great sense of humour, making sure the days had as much laughing as understanding. When the second group had a minor drama, (not when we were with him, and totally random), Carlos went above and beyond to help us out, explaining all that we needed to know.
I have travelled most of the way around the world, have dealt with guides all over the globe and have worked through trips and experiences with all, from the terrible to the excellent. With this comparison, I highly recommend Carlos. He really is one of the best and am sure everyone will enjoy his tours and his infectious love of his home town.
