点评：We had a private 7 hour tour booked. Communication was great and company easy to deal with. Unfortunately as taxi turned up to collect us, my daughter was extremely unwell and later diagnosed with gastroenteritis. When we weren’t at the boat on time, Blutopia called me. I’m not sure who I spoke to but he was fantastic. I was super worried for my daughter while stressed out and waiting for a Dr in a foreign country. The guy I spoke to was reassuring and accommodating….we’d just let them down super last minute and his only concern was for my daughter and to reassure me that she’d be better soon as lots of gastro bug on island.
I wouldn’t hesitate to book again based on my communications with Blutopia and how helpful they are. We fly home tomorrow or we’d have rearranged but we’ll be back to do this trip at some point! Thank you guys 🩷

翻译：我们预订了一次时长为7小时的私人旅游服务。沟通顺畅，这家公司也很容易打交道。可惜的是，当出租车来接我们时，我的女儿突然病得很重，后来被诊断为胃肠炎。由于我们没能按时赶到游船处，Blutopia的工作人员给我打电话。虽然我记不清通话对象的名字，但他真的太棒了。当时我在异国他乡又着急又担忧，一边等着医生来诊治生病的女儿。而与我通话的那个人则给予了我极大的安慰与帮助……我们是在最后关头才不得不取消行程的，而他唯一担心的就是我的女儿，还安慰我说由于岛上流行肠胃病毒，女儿很快就会康复的。
基于与Blutopia团队的沟通经历以及他们的热心帮助，我会毫不犹豫地再次预订他们的服务。我们明天就回家了，不然肯定还会重新安排行程的；以后我们一定会再来体验这次旅行的！谢谢你们 🩷
