Faith Beyond the Darshan
Guruvayur Temple的点评
点评：Visiting Guruvayur Temple was truly a beautiful and blissful experience spiritually, even though it did not go entirely as we had hoped.
We had travelled all the way from Gujarat with senior citizens in the family, but unfortunately there was no clear or proper information available online regarding the darshan timings and entry process for senior citizens. Because of the confusion, misinformation, and lack of guidance at the temple premises, we eventually had to return without getting a proper darshan.
Since we were unsure about the temple system and regulations, we had left our phones, footwear, and belongings inside the car as a precaution. It also took us nearly an hour just to find proper parking because we did not want to leave the vehicle parked randomly on the roadside, which made the entire process even more tiring for the family.
The heat and humidity made the situation even more exhausting, especially for the elders. What felt disappointing was that instead of receiving clarity, it often seemed like officials were simply trying to avoid answering questions and send us away quickly.
Thankfully, we still managed to stand in the queue area from a distance for a brief while and experience the divine atmosphere around the temple. Despite everything, the spiritual energy of the place is undeniable.
Maybe we did not get the darshan we came for, but somewhere deep down, it still felt like God knew we had come with devotion 🥲
