Herewith i would like to share this was my 2nd time there the first time was great,
Me and my family went there on saturday 21 February 2026,there was 2 ladies that was working at the gate wiht the entry fees,
She was asking us if we had alcohol in a very bad manner /tone we said yes it was ciders,she made us threw the 8 ciders in a plastic can,which we were fine with,cause we respect the rules.
But then after us came a white family in their car she just ask them very nicely,do u have alcohol they said no,and the they drove in,,,,But with us she openend everything in our car,bags etc,we felt like crimnals that did something wrong.Was a very embarrasing moment,and she had the fine chick to came after us where we were seated and tell us we should be quiet,otherwise we should go,and the top of everything when we got to our place where we gonna sit for the day,everyone was drinking alcohol legal.So i was stunt.She was so rude and unproffesional with us,she spoiled my whole birthday that day,Oudekraal was and still is my best place,but with services like that i wont recommend anyone,anymore.
I feel the owners of the park should send these lady for training and courtesy lessons,and how to deal with different races,they need customer service.

其中一位态度很差地问我们是否带了酒,我们回答说带了苹果酒。她让我们把8瓶苹果酒装在一个塑料罐里扔掉,我们同意了,因为我们尊重规定。
但后来,在我们之后来了一家白人家庭,她只是很客气地问他们有没有酒,他们说没有,然后他们就开车进来了……可对我们,她却把我们车里所有东西都打开了,包括包等等,我们感觉自己像犯了什么错的罪犯。那真是尴尬极了。更糟糕的是,她还派了个漂亮姑娘过来,在我们坐的地方告诉我们应该安静,否则就得离开。更离谱的是,当我们回到我们预定的座位时,发现每个人都在合法地喝酒。我当时真是懵了。她对我们非常粗鲁,一点也不专业,毁了我那天的生日。Oudekraal 曾经是我最喜欢的地方,现在也依然如此,但就凭这种服务,我以后绝对不会再推荐任何人去了。
我觉得公园的老板应该派这些女士去接受培训,学习礼仪,以及如何与不同种族的人相处,她们需要好好学习一下客户服务。
