点评：The experience itself was nice but we've got some reservations.
We were picked up on time by a nice young lady but it became apparent straight away that our normal winter clothing was not suitable for the activity booked so we were offered to go to the office and get changed - however, I'm under the impression that it was only because I insisted on it. It turned out later that I would not be able to drive the sled in my normal boots! (I'd expect the tour provider should really advise the customers on such an important matter!).
The safari was nice and we were offered some hot chocolate and cake after, however we were not able to listen to the story and ask any questions as we were rushed back by our driver. Everybody else were able to stay!
When we got back to our van it turned out that the gate was closed and our lady driver struggled to reverse the van - so we could easily stay for at least extra 15min in a warm yurt rather than wait in the dark and cold by the van while she was running around trying to find sb. to help.
I've got mixed feelings here hence 3 stars only, the safari itself was great but the organisation wasn't good at all. Sadly, I don't think I can therefore recommend this provider.
