点评：I had a very disappointing experience involving Northeast ATV Rentals. Someone operating one of their rental UTVs collided with me head-on, causing significant damage to my machine.
When I initially spoke with the owner, Meagen, I was under the impression that their insurance would address the damages caused by the rental operator. However, after she spoke with the operator, he claimed the accident was my fault, which I strongly disagree with. Based on what I personally witnessed, the driver was traveling in the middle of the trail and did not move to the right or make an effort to avoid the collision.
After that, the communication and attitude toward me changed significantly. I was told that my damages would not be covered, and now my calls and text messages have gone unanswered.
I understand that accidents can happen and that there can be disagreements about who is at fault. My biggest issue is how the situation has been handled afterward. I feel the communication and customer service have been very unprofessional, especially considering the amount of damage caused to my machine.
I hope Northeast ATV Rentals will respond and work toward resolving this situation fairly.
